Present capacity 28,600 hL/Year using DME Process Systems, a major Canadian manufacturer of commercial brewhouses and brewing equipment, running 4 Brews per day, with a capacity of 9 million litres per year with fermentation capacity of up to 44 Brews.
Presently we are going though an expansion to double the capacity to cope with our market expansion and contract brewing demand.
